Clone a site (via background task)

Creates a new site using all the contents, plugins, themes, etc from an existing site. The site's URL will be a new temporary URL

Which Rocket.net Point of Presence the cloned site should be created at. Use the List Site locations API to get the location ID.

If you have dedicated locations, you can use these by ID to add sites at those dedicated locations. (When passed, do not pass location). Use the List Site locations API to get the restricted location ID.
